I got this email from Shaun:

Hey, I found a small error I thought you might want to be aware of.
The simulation somehow reported a case where Pittsburgh lost all 3 games in regulation but still won the President’s Trophy. This is of course impossible since they are 3 points back of Chicago.

This is really interesting. Thank you Shaun. A bug in my code that is triggered so infrequently. What might cause that? Off to see…
